He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel M. Walker and Florence Cross Walker; his former wife Judith A. Young Walker; his wife Ethel Carlotta Smith Walker; and his siblings, Anna Mae Barr, Vivian Crawford, Dorothy Jean Fisher, Mary C. Felton, Samuel M. and David J. Walker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lorraine G. Walker of Rochester and Joy Walker Napper; his sister Florence Cuspard-Lott of Bridgewater; his stepdaughters, LaRhonda Smith of Van Nuys and Cherise Smith (Rick Earl) of Denver, Colorado; his grandchildren, Natalie Harvey, Jonathan Harvey and Stephen Harvey (Kellie Harvey); and his stepgrandson Sterling Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of beloved friends.
