He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Hosko Sr. and Mary Spicuzza Hosko. He is survived by: his brother John A.; his sister-in-law Vicki Hosko; his nephew Adam Hosko; his niece Amanda Maselli (Rich) of Naperville, Illinois.; and his close friends, Mike Falcone and Rick Glass. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
