We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2021, at the age of 79, Frankie L. Hogue of Rochester, Pennsylvania, born in Monaca, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frankie L. Hogue to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKay and Harriet Slayton McKay; her husband Melvin "Skip" Hogue; her brother Billy McKay; her brother-in-law Paul Richard Schweinsberg; and her sisters, Ruth J. (William Huson) and Dorothy Harding.
She is survived by: her sons, Shawn E. (Marcy J. Hogue) and Tracy Hogue; her grandson Devin M. Yova (Kellsey); her great grandchild Esmae Yova of Rochester; her sister Sally L. Schweinsberg; and her nephews, Leslie J. Smith of New Sewickley Twp, Shelley Hysong of New Sewickley Twp and Edward L. Hermick Jr.. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews and numerous brothers in law, and sisters in law.
