She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hood and Carrie Hood (Kincaid); her husband Joseph Maier; and her siblings, Fred, Walter Hood and Marie Atkinson.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Maier (Nicki), Charles Maier (Wendy), Janice Nightingale and Kathleen Covalt (David); her grandchildren, Rob Maier (Megan), Zakry Covalt, Jared Covalt (Sena), Nicol Nightingale and Joseph Nightingale (Mandy); and her siblings, John Hood (Jean), Thelma Bundy, Doris McFern and Eileen Saunders. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Masks and social distancing are required during attendance.
