He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. and Ruth A. Mineard Sr.; and his sister Ruthie Schupp. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Mineard, Patterson Twp, Matthew, Vicky Mineard and Findlay Twp; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Braydon Mortimer, Souriana and Dimitri Mineard; his siblings, Linda Minnich, Kathleen Hall (Ray), Joseph Mineard and Patrick Mineard (Debbie); and his former wife Patricia Mineard (Kilgore). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
