He is survived by: his children, Earl William "Bill" (Barbara Hackney Jr.) and Jan (Warren Kooi); his grandchildren, Katelyn Rogers (Ray), Kasey Kirkwood (Jay Lyle), Katie Bartojay (Mark), Jaclyn Terrabainen (Tony), Ryan Hackney (Christie), Daniel Hackney (Megan), Alicia Searfoss (Cody) and Bradley Hronek (Haley); his great grandchildren, Ciarra, Gavin, Tucker, Max, Grace, Joseph, Samantha, Ryan, Bryce, Jaxon, Parker and Desmond; and his sister-in-law Vickie Hackney.
