She was predeceased by: her father Robert; her stepson Dean Matsook; her sister Linda Lemus; her cousin Tom Renkenberger; and her pet Buffy.
She is survived by: her husband Gary D. Matsook; her sons, Ed (Laurel Rae), Donnie (Chari Rae), Daugherty Twp and Gary (Betsy Rae); her stepdaughter Martine; her son-in-law Vaughn Vacar; her grandchildren, Ashley Rae, Andrew Rae, Tommy Rae, Mary Kate Rae, Eden Rae, Ellis Rae, Marina Fec and Brody Matsook; her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Hall, Janice and Lane Bodley of Doylestown, PA; and her close friends, Esther O'Shea, Pulaski Twp and Pat Teapole Pander. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Donna's name can be made to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
