It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Constance P. Ball of Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Sr. Buffington and Veronica Marie Kimes Buffington; her son Ronald W. Hall, Jr.; her grandchildren, Raymond M. Ball, Jr., Howard Hall and Tanya Holcomb; and her brothers, William E. Buffington Jr. and Robert L. Buffington.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond M. Sr. (Melinda Ball), Randy J. (Lana Conte Ball) and Rochester Twp; her stepdaughter Connie Hodnick; and her pet Scruffy. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight grandchildren in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.
