He is survived by: his wife Linda Poliak (Measel) of New Sewickley Twp; his children, John M. Poliak and Cheri; his son-in-law Brian Bionda; his grandchildren, Brandon Bionda, Brittany Bionda (Justin Lentz), Camryn Poliak, Crescent Twp, Taylor Poliak and Josh Steder (Jeremy Steder); his close friends, Lisa Glies, Dave Boehm and Dr. Christopher Gehrlein of Rochester Manor; and also Amber Torreance.
