She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Davis and Gwen Davis (Shaof); her husband Richard W. Burg; and her siblings, Linda Davis and Charles Davis (Lee).
She is survived by: her children, Lori Stevenson (Terry), Leslee Canzano (Vincent), Richard Burg and Frank Burg (Stacey); her grandchildren, Joshua Stevenson (Elyse), Melissa Dilling (Tyler), Vinny Canzano (Hollie), Amanda Iannini (CJ), Dallis Gonzales (Brett), Richard Dylan Burg and Tyler Burg; and her great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Joel, Brooks, Sawyer, Noah, Brynley, Cami, Vita, Bella, Vinny, Rocco, Aleena and Ayla. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carol's name may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 116 Browns Hill Rd., Valencia, PA 16059.
