He is survived by: his mother Mamie Felger (Shaffer); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Felger (Adams); his children, Brandon Felger (Beth), Brett Felger (Chelsey), Philip Quinn (Jessica), Douglas Quinn (Kathleen "Squid"), John Quinn and Pamela Quinn; his siblings, Bart Felger (Penny) and Shelley Carter (Andy); and his grandchildren, Logan, Cooper and Hayden Felger. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
