He was predeceased by: his parents, Caesar A. Sr. Peters and Dorothy Wright Peters; his daughter Victoria E. Peters; and his siblings, Myllicent Russell, Caesar A. Peters Jr. and Richard Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Beverlee D. Peters (Law); and his daughters, LeTecia D. (James Worsley), Anita L. Peters and Sarah L. Jacobs. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
