She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jurkovac and Johanna Jurkovac (Fabyanic); her husband Albert C. Antoline; her son Albert Antoline; her granddaughters, Jeanette Marie Berg and Sheryl Marie Krizan; and her siblings, Frances, Mary, John and George.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Berg (late Thomas), Carol Duncan (James), Patricia George (Joseph), Richard Antoline (Sandy) and George Antoline (Jennifer); her brother Matthew Edward Jurkovac; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Jurkovac, Helen Antoline and Virginia Krizan. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
