He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane (McMillen) and Luther W. Johnson; his wife Donna E. Smith; and his sister Cathy Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Linda Snyder (Mike) of Punxsutawney and Bradley Johnson of Pittsburgh; and his niece Tara Sarver (Scott) of Indiana.
