He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Kemp; and his wife Betty L. Kemp (Barnett). He is survived by: his parent Edna Kemp (Smith); his son Edward C. Kemp (Carol) of Rochester Mills; his grandchildren, Laurie Mauk (Justin) and Lacy Kemp; and his great grandchildren, AudryAnna Mauk and Elizabeth Mauk.
