He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Garland and Aileen Garland (Muir); and his siblings, Glenn, Linley, Ben, Edward Garland, Ornetta Stiffey, Betty Ferri and Judy Lindsey.
He is survived by: his wife Leora Jean Garland (Ressler); his daughter Lisa Flickinger (Vince Spellane); his grandchildren, Wade Flickinger and Marissa Flickinger; his siblings, Allen Garland (Linda), Rita Ressler (Galen) and Sally McClain (Donald); his siblings-in-law, Hope Garland and Cecil Lindsey; and also, Howard, Margaret Lichtenfels, Virginia, Mark Somers, Brittany and Clint Shinsky.
Family will not be present during public viewing times due to pandemic.
