She was predeceased by: her husband James Welsh; and her parents, Doris McNerney (Richardson) and Jack McNerney. She is survived by: her siblings, Karen McNerney Adams of Houston, TX, Michael (Paula) and Janet McNerney (Michael); her children, John Patrick (Nicole) and Colleen Peters (David); her granddaughters, Emma, Nora, Hadley and Winnie; and her brother-in-law Regis Welsh (Carol) of Moon Township. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
