He is survived by: his children, Mark Smykal (Diane) of Washington, PA and Kimberly Smykal of Ambridge, PA.; his grandchildren, Shane, Paige, Samuel and Vincent; his siblings, Marlene Satira (James) of Charlottsville and Ronald Smykal (Laurel) of Ligonier, PA; and his brother-in-law Joseph Eisenreich (Janet) of Kennedy Township, PA..
