He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Campbell; and his brother James Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Tammy L. Murphy and Matthew P. Campbell; his grandchildren, Richard Stacy, Jared Murphy and Taralyn Murphy; and his sibling Lavern Breckenridge. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
