He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kushner and Catherine Kushner; his spouse Nelma Kushner (Caristo); and his brother David Kushner. He is survived by: his children, Marie Orr (Gary), Audrey Schrecengost (Darrel) and Jim Caristo (Karen); his grandchildren, Ryan (Michele), Jada (Tyler), Jason (Chrissy), Dara (Rick), Janiece (Mike), Drew (Jessica), Alex (Lauren), Chad (Sarah), Mariah (Forrest) and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Mason, Taylor, Jaxton, Remi, Sydney, Lexie, Natalie, Christian, Tinzleigh, Emeri, Luca, Liam, Duke, Bennett and Jackson; his brother Vince Kushner; and his close friend Sally Swieck.
