He was predeceased by: his father Gerald P. Segner. He is survived by: his wife Dena; his children, Kyra Jean and Turner Jay; his mother Patricia A. Segner; and his siblings, Gerald P. Segner Jr., Jennifer and Julie (Tom Glumac). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in the name of Jeff's children, Kyra Jean and Turner Jay Segner, to begin a college fund for them in his memory.
