He was predeceased by: his child Daryl Deyak; his parents, Frank Deyak and Frances Deyak (Arch); his siblings, Frank Deyak, Marian Drexler, Alice Gardner, John Deyak and Helen Deyak; his nieces, Amy Drexler and Sally DiAngelo; and his nephew Gregg Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Deyak (Kolence); his children, Deborah Celedonia (Kris) and Douglas Deyak (April); his niece Susan Duckstein; and his nephew Jay Gardner.
