He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julia; his children, George C. Kasich, Karen Tehansky and Nancy Mixon; his grandsons, Kevin (Lindsey), Scott Tehansky, Drew (Liz) and Greg Mixon (Allie); his great grandchild Ezra Tehansky; his parents, Charles Kasich and Eva Kasich; and his siblings, Mike, Andy, John, Steve, Anne, Mary and Liz. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ascension Lutheran Church, 1290 Silver Lane, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, where George was a charter and still active member.
