He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Haushalter and Francis J. Haushalter. He is survived by: his wife Jenni (Musko); his brother-in-law Mike Musko (Diane); and his nieces, Julie Musko, Shelly Armstong (Jesse) and Amy McClanahan (Jeremy). He is also survived by four great nieces and nephews.
