He is survived by: his spouse Luanne (Mazzei); and his siblings, Cathy Lach, Patti Stevans, James Lach (Celeste), William Hendrick (Babe), Michael Hendrick, Rosanne Hendrick, Barbara Hendrick, Karen Mazza (Gino), Mark Hendrick, Lorie Hendrick and Daniel Hendrick (Tina). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
