He is survived by: his sisters, Ornetta Stiffey, Betty Ferri and Judy Lindsey; his wife Linda Garland (Oliver); his sons, Ray Garland (Lori) and Brian Garland (Bobi); his grandchildren, Samantha Loughery, Elijah Garland, Courtnee Garland, Bailey Garland and Adena Simon; his great grandchild Isaac; and his sisters, Rita Ressler (Galen) and Sally McClain (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
