She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Houck and Evelyn Houck (Rhoat); her sister Doris Leonard of Saxton; and her husband Donald L. Crooks. She is survived by: her children, Kim Crooks (Jodi), Sharon DiCriscio, Lori Hann (Jim), Brenda Reed (Jack), Janet Defibaugh (Ric) and Michael Crooks; her grandchildren, Abby McGinnis (Dan), Adam Crooks (Liz), Neil (Brandi), Daniel (Ashley), Anthony DiCriscio (Anna), James J., Lacee, Christopher Hann, Ryan Reed, Matt Defibaugh (Mandi), Erica (Dan) and Elias Hoover; and her great grandchildren, Dalton, Dominic Berry, Caroline McGinnis, Wyatt, Noah Crooks, Maci Defibaugh, Norah Guyer, Ella Coffman, Evie, Rosie DiCriscio, Madeline, Julia DiCriscio, Jordan and Jaxson DiCriscio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
