With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Justine (Scitticatt) Rickabaugh of Robertsdale, Pennsylvania, born in Portage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 18, 2021 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Scitticatt and Amelia Scitticatt (Kause); her husband Clifford "Junior" Rickabaugh; her sons, Chester, David and Richard Rickabaugh; and her grandson Jeff Scott.

She is survived by: her children, Wanda Swope (Raymond) of Hollidaysburg, Mary Ann Ferry (late Thomas) of Robertsdale, Clifford Rickabaugh (Kathy) of Pittsburgh and Brian Rickabaugh (Sandy Kay) of James Creek; her granddaughter Anna Hess (Michael) of McConnellsburg; and her daughter-in-law Gwen Rickabaugh of Robertsdale. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.
