With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Foor of Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 5, 2020 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sandra Foor to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Lee Smith and Mabel Naomi Hartman-Smith; her siblings, Larry Smith, Linda Clark (Wayne) and Pam Stamm (Melvin); and her son-in-law John E. Frazee.
She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Foor; her daughters, Bobbi K. Frazee of Martinsburg and Melonie D. Morgan (Jeffrey) of Orbisonia; her grandchildren, Brittany D. Morgan and Brandon A. Morgan; and her siblings, Ronald Smith (Paulette) of Florida and Rita Shaffer (Larry) of Roaring Spring.
Due to COVID-19, a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
