He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Horner; his children, Jennifer Hammel (TK), Brandy Locke (Lewis), Crystal Sankey (Dennis), Ryan (Ashley) and Jeff (Ashley); and his siblings, Gayla Patterson and Drew. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
