He was predeceased by: his father Harold W. Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Kim A. Kiesewetter; his children, Hunter W. Smith and Madison B. Smith; and his grandchild Mickie R. Smith (Austin) of Florida.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stevens Mortuary, Inc. (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (704 Patrick Ln, Newry, PA 16665).
