He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A Smith and Marion Dodson Blazevich. He is survived by: his wife Dolores J. Brooks; his children, Cindy Smith (Jim Burke) of Roaring Spring, David Smith (Valerie) of Roaring Spring, Amy Hinish of Roaring Spring and John Smith of Roaring Spring; his grandchildren, Anthony Hinish (Heather Gibson) of Altoona and Avery Smith of Roaring Spring; and his siblings, Michael Smith and Suzanne Strong. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
