He is survived by: his wife Mabel Newswanger (Horst); his son Lloyd Newswanger (Lisa) of Newville; his grandchildren, Brenden of San Diego and Rachel; and his siblings, Leroy of Bowmansville, Earl (Alta) of Kentucky, Amos (Edna) of Martinsburg, Leon (Dianne) of Bowmansville, Elsie (Morris Ramer) of Missouri, Ruth of Bowmansville, Susie (John Aaron Shirk) of Goodville and Faye (David Esh) of Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
