He was predeceased by: his sisters, Beverly Butler and Karen Horner; and his nephew Jake Curry. He is survived by: his brother Wayne Curry (Mary) of Roaring Spring; his nephews, Corey Ebersole (Jenn), Ricky Butler, Wayne Curry Jr. and Travis Horner; and his niece Kylie Horner.
