He is survived by: his wife Trudy Bollman; his daughters, Wendy Hunter (Michael), Elizabeth Hrenko (Tony) and Laurie Warner; his granddaughters, Barbara Hrenko (Matt Mann), Megan McAllister (Tommy) and Rachel Itinger (Tyler Townsend); his great grandchild Analise McAllister; his sisters, Arlene Page of Columbia, MD and Kathy Oliver; his stepdaughter Lynn Heltzel (Jeff); his grandsons, Shane, Daniel Heltzel and Hunter Bollman; and his stepson Steven Bollman.
