She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Cornelius and Mary Cornelius; her former husband John R. Bassler Jr.; and her siblings, William, Jackson and Inez Mirenda.
She is survived by: her children, Cornelia Bassler Rutherford (Harris) and John Anthony Bassler; her grandchildren, James V. Harris, John M. Harris and Catherine C. Knott; and her husband Jack.
Katie's strong heart and resilient body went to its final rest after a long and difficult fight with Alzheimer's.
