He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Bailey Dieffenbach (Smith) of Monroeton; his wife Betty Morris; his children, Michael Bailey of Canton and Tammie Bailey (Brett Fleming) of Canton; his grandchildren, Shannon, Marlene and Victor Brown; his great grandchild Gavin Vandyke; and his siblings, Sherry Donovan of Monroeton and Harry Bailey Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
