Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Shanley and Margaret Shanley (Plutchack); his wife Betty of Michael's Catholic Church; his son Lyle Shanley; and his brothers, Lawrence Shanley and Alvin "Lefty" Shanley (Frances Shanley).
He is survived by: his family Shanrock Dairy; his grandsons, Larry Shanley (Kami) and Leo Shanley; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Shanley (Siarra) and Rachel Sweithelm (Clifford).
Viewing was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the East Point United Methodist Church (10925 State Rte 414, Roaring Branch, PA 17765). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
