She was predeceased by: her husband Ronnie Slocum; and her parents, Alfred Route and Marion Route. She is survived by: her children, Mike Slocum (Kathy) and Alisha Ragan; her grandchildren, Shaina Spencer (Brent), Chantel Evertsen (Nick), Josh Slocum (Megan), Gabe Ragan and Zack Ragan (Sydney); her close friend Kenneth Harvey; and her pet Snowball. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and many good friends.
Her hobbies included working in her flower gardens, baking for charity events and family gatherings, reading, sewing, taking walks, and riding motorcycle.
