He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth V. Shanley (Forer). He is survived by: his father Robert "Bob" Shanley; his brothers, Leo Shanley of Roaring Branch and Larry Shanley (Kami) of Roaring Branch; his niece Rachel Sweithelm (Cliff) of Larimore, N. D.; his nephew Matthew Shanley (Siarra) of Ogdensburg; his great-nieces, Lily, Layla and Elley; his uncle Miles Jr. "Buddy" Forer (Janet) of Liberty; and his pets, Bailey and Jake. He is also survived by several cousins, dear friends.
