She is survived by: her parent Helen Kostelnik (Lengyel); her children, Dennis, Robert of Liberty Borough, Donna Smeltzer of Bedford and Anita Basa (Jim) of Port Vue; her brother Raymond Kostelnik of Verona; and her sisters-in-law, Darleen Kostelnik of Munhall, Lorraine Popovich, Phil Popovich, Mary Raisner, Anna Stanko, Betty Smoot and Carol McBurney. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
