He was predeceased by: his parent John E. Sorensen; his niece Amy L. Primrose; and his grandchild Maxwell V. Sorensen. He is survived by: his parent Angela L. Sorensen (Arado); his wife Libby Sorensen; his children, Britta Sorensen (Kent Kobayashi) and Jazz Sorensen (Micci) of Redding; his stepdaughters, Amy Canzanella of Long Island, NY and Jessica Klopp (Brian) of Riverside, PA; and his sisters, Joan Morris of Southbury, CT, Judi Bendixen (Karl) of Pocono Summit, PA and Joyce Primrose (Frank) of Culpepper, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
