She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Ambrose and Millie Ambrose (Kline). She is survived by: her husband Paul Rumbel; her children, Rhonda Kuzio of Frackville and AJ Reczkowski of Massachusetts; and her brother Ted Ambrose (Terry) of Frackville.

In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ringtown Library, reflecting Ginny's commitment to education and community enrichment.
