He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Deebel and Florence Deebel (Bley). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Deebel (Seroka); his children, Thomas E. Deebel, D. C. (Carol) and Heather Mackay (Leo); his grandchildren, Monica Guinn, Kathryn E. Deebel, Thomas Deebel Jr., Sarah B. Mackay and Josiah Mackay; his great grandchild Daisy Padilla; his siblings, Rose Jablonski (Bill), Karen Everett (Glenn), Phyllis Jordan and Paul Deebel; and his pet Ava. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
