He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hughes and Catherine Hughes (Walsh); his wife Donna Hughes; his siblings, Mark Hughes and Marilyn Hughes; and his son Michael Hughes.
He is survived by: his children, Catherine Wise (Ferd) of Frankford, DE, Betty Hughes of Scranton, Daniel Hughes (Christin) of Paxinos, Ann Mease (Josh) of Dupont, Michele Hughes of Lancaster and Marilyn Wagner (Drew) of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Brandon, Stas, Joelle, Noel, Katie, Dylan, Cody, Justeen, Dalton, Skyla, Ava, Ashton, Ella, Kayla, Joshua, Mya, Mila, Alissa, Austin, Daniel, Dominick and Neela; and his siblings, Mary Hughes, Theresa Hughes, Michele Demcher and Thomas Hughes. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
