She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Rupert (Fuhrman) and William Rupert; and her husband Joseph Tobin. She is survived by: her son Thomas Tobin (Roberta) of Ringtown; and her siblings, Verna Parker of Ringtown and Paul Rupert of Shoemakersville. She is also survived by three grandsons.
