He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy M. Matejick (Griffiths) and John J. Matejick; and his brother Ronald E. Matejick. He is survived by: his wife Valeria S. Matejick (Hardy); his daughters, Suzanne C. (Steven Carter), Gayle A. (Daniel Malick) and Valerie A. Matejick; his siblings, Michelle Jacobs and John J. Matejick; and his grandchildren, Lauren M. Malick and Joseph D. Carter.
