It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Oliver Jr. (Ringtown, Pennsylvania), born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily (Snyder) and Charles Oliver, Sr.; his brothers, William and Thomas; his parents-in-law, Alice and Ralph Rumble; his son Carl Zehner; his siblings-in-law, Dianne Mummey and Ralph Rumble; and his great-niece Brittany Zelinsky.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Oliver (Rumble); his daughter Kelly Moses of Ringtown; his granddaughter Courtnye Wasser; his great grandchildren, Alyza Beane and Bennett Beane; and his siblings, Joseph, Francis, John, Patricia, Katherine, Jean and Mary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
