He is survived by: his parents, James Philips and Victoria Philips; his daughters, Taylor and Morgan Philips of Schuylkill Haven; his aunts and uncles, Barbara Shellhammer, Elaine Bogish, Rita Philips, Michael Bogish and Paul Philips; and his close friend Sandra Demarkis of Saint Clair. He is also survived by companion and friends.
