She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Neal (Fetterman) and Boyd D. Neal; and her siblings, Marlen Pounds, Dorothy "Tootie" Neal, Butch Neal and Don Neal.
She is survived by: her husband Archie W. Adams; her children, Leslie Monoskey (Joel Uzzo), Amy Adams of Punxsutawney and Amanda Kurtz (Adam) of Rossiter; her grandchildren, Logan Geist (Emma Wingert), Landon Sisk, Kaity, Kellan Cessna, Aiden Kurtz and Jameson Hill; and her brothers, Harry Neal (Lana) of Punxsutawney and Larry Neal (LuAnn) of Rochester Mills. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
